A clarifying agent. Gelatin is an excellent fining agent in kegged beer, when force carbonation is employed.
USAGE:
Add 1 teaspoon to a cup of tap water in a sauce pan.
Gradually increase the heat while stirring until a temperature of 170 degrees is reached.
Add to the beer in the secondary and allow 3-5 days to settle prior to bottling.
