The bronze is recommended for the advanced home winemaker and the bronze model is perfect for the small production winery. They run at a low 1400 rpm's which handles the wine or juice more softly. Enological tubing for these pumps can be purchased in custom lengths. Not intended for must or wine with seeds or other solid particles.
